Do you want to give your walls a new life, but you are unsure about the right colour? Do you prefer white, neutral or do you want to adventure into a colourful world? CIN COLORiT 2 is here to help!

Choose the room you want to paint. Take a picture. Upload it to the app. Apply your chosen shade of colour and voilà!

  • CIN, the largest Iberian coatings company, has launched a new free smartphone app that allows to virtually test colours on your walls.

The new app CIN COLORiT 2 makes use of a set of complex algorithms that guarantee an intelligent detection of the surfaces and areas to be painted. Using an extremely simple and intuitive navigation process, the application produces a realistic painting simulation that previews the final result even before painting. Choosing the perfect colour is easy and stress-free.

All previews as well as your favourite colours can be saved for future reference and are also available on CIN’s website. Colour samples and products can be bought online in mainland Portugal only.

According to Marcos Castro, CIN Marketing Director, CIN COLORiT 2 allows “greater proximity to our customers and response to their needs. Now our customers can take advantage of this colour tool to help them decide on the right colour for each room. This application becomes part of the “existing CIN digital projects with a specific functional offer of greater relevance to our customers.” Over the past year, CIN has been launching new digital tools, content and services “aiming to ensure the proximity of the brand to the customers processes of choice and decision, strengthening CIN’s image as a paint specialist brand", says Marcos Castro.

CIN COLORiT 2 is available in Portuguese and English and can be downloaded free of charge:
