CIN - Corporação Industrial do Norte, S.A. is based in Maia (10 kms from Porto in Portugal) where its main liquid paints factory, research and development centre and distribution centre are all located. CIN Celliose is a French company founded in 1929 under the name Celliose, acquired by CIN in 2007, which operates in the Industry segment, focused on the ACE market and in the cosmetics packaging industry.

CIN Monopol is a French company dating back to 1937. It was acquired by CIN in 2016 and operates in the Industrial coatings segment.

CIN Coatings Polska is a company founded by CIN in 2014 to operate in the segment of Architectural coatings in Poland. The company has expanded and now also operates in the segment of Protective coatings.

Tintas CIN Angola is an Angolan company, created by CIN in 1970, with headquarters in Benguela, where its factory and distribution centre are based. It also has offices and a distribution centre in Luanda. It operates in the Architectural, Protective an Industrial coatings segments.

Tintas CIN Moçambique is a Mozambican company, created by CIN in 1973, with headquarters in Maputo and factory and distribution centre in Machava. It operates in the Architectural, Protective an Industrial coatings segments.

CIN Coatings South Africa was created by CIN in 2014 to operate in South Africa in the segment of Protective coatings.

CIN Coatings Mexico was created by CIN in 2013 to operate in Mexico in the segment of Protective coatings.

CIN Govesan is a Spanish company founded in 1965 under the name Govesan. It was acquired by CIN in 2017. It operates in the Industrial coatings segment, specifically in the powder coatings business.

BOERO BARTOLOMEO S.p.A. was founded in 1831 in Genoa and is a leader in the construction, yacht and marine paint sectors in Italy. In February 2021 it became part of the CIN universe, allowing the creation of a new dynamic in search of further growth and consolidation of its presence at European level.
