A solution to improve the the film resistance of the water based paints to the appearance of fungus and algae. It is recommended to be added to the water based paints whenever the film needs higher fungicidal and algaecide protection, namely in exceptional dampness conditions (and/or façades facing north side) where algae and fungus are capable of very rapid growth.

Exclamation mark; Health hazard; Environment. Warning. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause damage to the larynx through prolonged or repeated exposure. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read carefully and follow all instructions. Do not breathe vapours. Wear protective gloves / eye protection / face protection. Avoid release to the environment. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with regional/national regulations. Product contains: IPBC (CAS: 55406-53-6), CMIT/MIT (CAS: 55965-84-9), BIT (CAS: 2634-33-5). Contains biocidal products: BIT and CMIT/MIT. Contains biocidal products for protection of dry film: IPBC and Terbutryn.
