Semi glossy water based stoving paint

Description

Water based thermosetting paint based on alkyd and amine resins and lead-free pigments specially developed for painting metallic shelves. It has good adhesion and good mechanical properties. This product was specially developed so that within stipulated application conditions, it complies with the limits set for VOC emissions referred in the 2010/75/EU Directive.

Preparation and Application

Steel: blast clean the steel to Sa 2½ grade, according to ISO 8501-1. The roughness profile should be adjusted, depending on the thickness of the product to be applied. Remove powder residues and abrasive residues from surface. These indications are generic, applicable to several products and merely informative.
